Outside work, Patrick sails a classic wooden folkeboot around The Netherlands and has a deep appreciation for characterful motorbikes.

Artist or ‘quantacreativist’? Dorit’s art background drives blue-sky thinking. Her analytic and business acumen ensures that her ideas deliver real value.

Dorit has over 25 years leading teams across B2B and B2C – spanning marketing, business development, communication, brand, and project management. She has taken unconventional paths, including building startups across finance, art, and children’s edutainment.

Outside work, Dorit tracks future trends and technologies. One day she intends to become a master potter.

Rotterdammer by birth, globetrotter by nature.

Willem has spent two decades in marketing leadership across financial services — including BNP Paribas Asset Management, Lombard Odier, and Symbiotics, where he developed a focus on sustainable investing. His career took him from Rotterdam to Paris and Hong Kong before settling in Geneva.

Willem works on complex problems and translates them into clear client propositions.

Outside work, he runs, hikes, and once cycled around Lake Geneva. In winter he skis. He takes food and wine seriously wherever he travels.

Hannah has over a decade of marketing experience across financial services, including roles at HSBC and Standard Bank. At GrndWorX, she leads content, collateral, and social media — turning strategy into communication that works.

When not working, Hannah is outdoors. She travels widely, embraces most adrenaline-driven adventures (not banshee jumping!), and has a particular weakness for Basset Hounds.

Out of the blue we learned that Bianca used to bowl for the Dutch National League! Maybe that is why she keeps ultra-cool when the rest of us are worried to drop the (bowling) ball? Bianca just handles the near impossible timeline and gets stuff done.

Creativity runs in her family. Bianca started work with a signing company where she fell in love with typography, shapes and colours, large print formats and packaging. With her additional experience in financial corporations, her focus shifted to communicating complex topics with clear design. Bianca’s love and curiosity for progress are the perfect match for her profession. When Bianca is not creating, she cares for animals in need and loves to be outdoors, ideally with her dog, Che.

A mountaineer with his feet firmly on to the ground, Piotr can see the big picture, yet he’s firmly rooted with a razor-sharp analytical mind that gets things done.

For the past six years Piotr has coordinated many international IT projects. He began his journey as a web developer where his appetite for learning and exploring modern technologies took root. After hours, he can be found playing with his children, trekking in the Alps, or riding his motorbike to admire the striking scenery.

Dorothea, boasting 30+ years of marketing and business acumen, acts as our advisor and expert in driving account-based growth. Having held senior roles in global technology companies across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, she specializes in Account-Based and Deal-Based Marketing. She values clear communication and practical solutions, always focused on delivering tangible results. Doro is a passionate bibliophile, finds joy in exploring books across various genres. When not lost in a story, she jet-sets to new destinations, capturing the world through photography. Her boundless curiosity drives her to explore different aspects of life, giving her a unique perspective.

Event Management Extraordinaire. Originally trained in chemical engineering in Turkey, she discovered her passion for event management and never looked back. With a knack for organizing events of various scales and locations, Erge quickly became a standout in her field. Her true joy comes from helping clients bring their business goals to life through the perfect event style and theme.

Erge is not only a skilled professional but also an exceptional collaborator. Many clients have been pleasantly surprised to find that she seamlessly integrates into their organizations, making her a trusted insider throughout the event planning process. When she’s not immersing herself in creating memorable experiences or working behind the scenes, Erge can be found thinking of her next travel adventure, or concert. She also enjoys regular strolls with her furry companion.
