After successfully transitioning to renewable fuels, the firm recently established a new division focused on producing renewable polymers and chemicals for recycled plastic. The initial discovery phase involved compiling a wide range of marketing and communications materials and developing a structured approach to organize, prioritize, and refine the messages. 

The outcome:

The result was a unified “red thread” narrative, which was approved and circulated top-down through the senior leadership team to all teams. Additionally, we were tasked with implementing the message across various communication touchpoints, including sales tools, presentations, pitchbooks, video animations, and PR talking points. As the cutting edge is continuously evolving, GrndWorX is retained to regularly update and enrich the narrative semi-annually. We are also developing thought leadership content that is integrated into and prioritized within its key initiatives.
